    Great intermediate retinol

    The retinol synergist is a fantastic 2nd-3rd level retinol. I started using the Molecular Hero Serum first and after my first bottle, decided to try Mother Science's retinol as well. The combination of the two products has noticeably improved the texture of my skin and has had a brightening effect as well.

    Because I have been using retinol for years, I was able to immediately use Retinol Synergist every night. However, my husband - who is new to retinol - experienced irritation when he attempted to use this every night. He does not have sensitive skin, so I think this formula is more powerful than a "beginner" retinol. If this is your first retinol product, start with 2-3 nights a week and gradually work up to every night as your skin tolerates it.
